    2. Data-Driven Diagnostics: We replace guesswork with metrics. Your plan is engineered based on a deep-dive physiological diagnostic, allowing us to identify and target your specific performance proficiencies and pitfalls.

    3. Specialized Matching: You aren't assigned a random trainer based on gym availability. You are matched with a Vetted Specialist whose expertise—whether in biomechanics, endurance physiology, or metabolic health—aligns precisely with your biological profile.

  • Your blueprint is a result of multi-dimensional data synthesis. We do not provide templates; we provide physiological precision. To build your protocol, we use 4 main data streams:

    1. Biometric & Anthropometric Data: We look at your current physical foundation, including body composition, age, injury history, and baseline fitness markers.

    2. Metabolic & Nutritional Bio-markers: We assess your caloric requirements, macronutrient sensitivity, and fueling habits to align your intake with your output.

    3. Mechanical Capacity: We evaluate your access to equipment, training volume history, and specific movement patterns to ensure your program is biometrically sound and sustainable.

    4. Cognitive & Lifestyle Metrics: We factor in your sleep quality, daily stress levels, and psychological motivators. This allows us to build a plan that respects your recovery capacity.

  • Our system evaluates your physiological profile against our Vetted Specialist Network. We don't just look for an available coach; we match you based on:

    • Clinical Specialization: Aligning your primary goals (e.g., endurance, power, or metabolic health) with a coach's specific sports science background.

    • Communication & Thinking Style: Pairing your learning preference (e.g., data-heavy vs. motivation-led) with a coach who speaks your language.

    • Capacity & Compatibility: Ensuring the coach has the specific logistical bandwidth to manage your athletic load.

    Within 48 hours of your diagnostic, you will receive your report. This includes your coach’s professional credentials and an initial summary of how they will begin executing your Athletic Blueprint.

    If at any point your matched specialist is not the right fit, you can request a Re-Diagnostic and be paired with a new specialist at no additional cost.

  • We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or trying to elevate your athletic capabilities to the next level. Memberships are tailored specifically for your needs, and includes a combination of training programs, nutrition guidance, and mindset strengthening. The number of monthly chats, program customization, etc. will depend on what performance tier you decide to go with. Our athletic experts are on standby ready to assist you in whatever sporting endeavor you are pursuing.

  • At The Lab, we prioritize physiological results over temporary trends. Science shows that meaningful, sustainable adaptations in human performance—whether improving your aerobic threshold, altering body composition, or re-wiring cognitive habits—require a consistent stimulus over time.

    We require an initial 3-month commitment for three scientific reasons:

    1. The Baseline & Calibration Phase (Month 1): The first 30 days are dedicated to testing your response to the Athletic Blueprint. We monitor how your body handles the specific training load and nutritional variables to refine your protocol.

    2. The Adaptation Phase (Month 2): This is where biological change begins. Your body starts to optimize its energy systems, neural pathways strengthen, and we see the first quantifiable shifts in your performance metrics.

    3. The Consolidation Phase (Month 3): We solidify your progress to ensure it becomes your 'new normal.' This phase prevents the 'rebound effect' common in shorter programs and ensures you have the autonomy to maintain your results long-term.

  • Yes, if you are not satisfied with the benefits we provide, you are always entitled to a refund for one month of payments. Memberships are charged monthly, beyond the initial 3-month phase, so if anything changes, you are able to cancel whenever and will not be charged again. Please contact us with any further inquiries regarding refunds, and we will accommodate you the best that we can.

  • Despite our coaches not being physically with you, clients are allowed use of virtual live coaching features, such as video biomechanical analysis, during their workouts to communicate with their coach in real time.

  • With the way we do things, the answer is yes. Our coaching is structured in a way that provides 360-degree support to our clients. A local trainer only sees you for 60 minutes; a Blueprint Coaching specialist monitors your training, nutrition, and recovery 24/7 through data integration, providing far more touchpoints for adjustment. With the added ability to contact your coach outside of the gym, we ensure around-the-clock support that extends far beyond normal face-to-face coaching.

  • Our platform was not created on the use of static PDFs to give to all clients who sign up. We work as a dynamic partnership, focusing on you as an individual and matching a coach with your specific physiology and goals. Our distinguished data-driven programs allow complete flexibility if something is not going as planned. If we see that something is not working effectively, your coach pivots the strategy immediately based on those metrics to find what works better. The adaptability and personal focus makes all the difference.

  • The benefit of our platform is that the communication method is completely up to you. Whether you prefer video calls, phone calls, text messages, or a combination, all are possible. If you need a quick program modification for the daily workout via text, or maybe you may need a long chat to discuss a new training style you want to try, work with your coach in any manner that best benefits you and your goals. Our performance coaches adapt to your preferred method of communication.

  • Our collection of coaches is comprised of certified experts in the fields of sport science, personal training, nutrition, and mental strengthening techniques. In local gyms, anyone can become a trainer. At Blueprint Athletic Coaching, all practitioners undergo an intensive vetting process to ensure they possess the required education, experience, and ambition to support our athletes. Transparency with qualifications is always guaranteed.

  • Yes, you are able to request a coach switch at any time, at no additional cost. We understand our matching system is not perfect, and any fault of the questionnaire should not fall on you. Send us a message through the “Contact” form and we will work to set you up with a better fit.
